PRICES, QUALITY, EFFICIENCY
With each passing day the number of companies that offer courier services increases at the market for courier services. This is due to the increased demand - by the unwritten laws of economics, supply of a product or service must be proportional to the demand for the product or service. This refers to courier companies – with the increase in the number of people seeking such services the number of companies that offer them is growing.
Courier companies, also called shipping (spedition), offer safe transport and delivery of letters, large and small packages, and even whole pallets of goods or products. Some of you might say that post offices offer the same services, and at a much lower price. And they would be right, but you should know that when sending by mail the posting procedure is quite cumbersome and uncertain. Unlike the Posts, which mainly use rail transport to deliver the items to their recipients, courier companies have their own cars by carrying out deliveries. This delivery method is both faster, yet more secure, since there is no risk of loss of the consignment. This is because the couriers only once load the consignments into their cars and deliver them in the office that is closest to the recipient. Their colleagues from other offices distribute and deliver them to the recipient. At Posts, however, the result is a transfer of the shipment from a postal car to train, from one train to another, and then again into a postal car. Along this chain your shipment may be lost. That is why, people who do not refer to courier companies with pessimism choose them when they need to send something to someone.
Shipping companies offer high quality services, satisfying efficiency and prices that are affordable for everyone. It is true that prices of the Posts are lower, but as I said, the procedure with them could be quite slow and uncertain. This is the reason why most people prefer shipping companies, despite higher prices. If you already happened to suffer from slow and unreliable service, probably now you have chosen a courier company, whose services to use when you need. If, however, until now it was all within the normal range when sending something by mail, note that it is never too late to get a foul, there is always a first time. Therefore my advice is when you need to send something to someone, especially when it comes to something important or something that urgently needs to arrive at its destination, look for a courier company. You can do this in any Internet search engine by typing one of the following phrases: courier services, forwarding services, courier companies etc. The results that will come out are numerous. Check out the suggestions of different companies and determine which would be most suitable for you.
Finally, I want to summarize in a few words: comparing prices, quality and efficiency of services of shipping companies and those of the posts I came to the following conclusion: Post Offices offer a lower price at the expense of the quality and effectiveness of services, while spedition companies offer high-quality and efficient service but at a slightly higher price. The choice is yours.
